Cap table is the first document that is being prepared by companies on seed stage after the launch either by in-house professionals or by outsourced specialists hired for this task. It is a document of a complex nature that contains information about deal flows, IPOs or STOs, the other sources of funding, leverage, revenue sharing or royalty distribution.
