Company By-Laws

Company By-Laws are special regulations of a legal nature that govern the operational decision-making in the company by funders, shareholders, angel investors, business angels, accredited or certified investors, or a gatekeeper. Company By-Laws contain provisions with regard to the obligations to and the rights of shareholders, angel investors, business angels, accredited or certified investors that are to be complied with. Company By-Laws should be written and amended within the legal framework of the jurisdiction where the company is incorporated.
