Corporate governance is unified system of rules, legal practices and corporate values that define how the company functions or is being controlled. Corporate governance requires a balanced approach towards managing interests of different stakeholders and certified or accredited investors, as well as founders, shareholders, business-angels, managers, clients, financiers, suppliers, governmental officials and members of civic society.
