Digital Securities

Digital Securities are blockchain-based tokens that are equivalent to digital shares of companies, owned by individuals. They are subjected to strict governmental regulations that contain provisions regarding compliance with national tax law, labor law, and commonly accepted practices of protecting the rights of securities’ holders and accredited or certified investors.

Digital Securities are digital equivalents of shares of companies issued by founders. Holders of Digital Securities may be granted with the right to vote in cases when important decisions are put on vote and included in agenda by the managerial team.
