EBITDA

EBITDA (Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and authorization) is an indicator of a company’s profitability and financial performance calculated before interest, taxes, depreciation and authorization. Just like EBIT, EBITDA is calculated with different assessment formulas that might differ for every organization. Normally, in order for it to be calculated, the EBIT formula is being used with amortization and depreciation added at the end.
