NDA

NDA (Non-disclosure agreement) is a legal contract between at least two parties that signifies a confidential relationship among them. The confidential relationship signifies that the parties posses, exchange or gather information of a confidential nature that cannot be made public or available to the other parties in any form without prior consent of individuals or organizations that are capable of such decisions. Breach of a non-disclosure agreement results in punitive actions by parties involved and authorities.
