Press-release is company’s official statement containing information about its activities, events, products and services issued to media or accredited or certified investors as a part of company’s PR or media campaign. Press-release can be in a written or recorded form with a special, newsworthy agenda.
It aims at providing necessary information to accredited or certified investors in order to facilitate deal flow and attract new customers or clients.
